advice about magic & science in the same video

trocha419 December 26, 2014, 9:48 pm

I love herbs and their properties that benefit us. I am just getting into
oils but i don’t understand why people have to associate the healing
properties of oils with magic.

Can you let us know about the fragrance you mentioned is your favorite to
make? The lemongrass, bergamot, p.??? How do you mix it I’d be
interested.

I have had some of mine for over 5 years. As long as you keep them in a
cool, dark place, they should be fine for a long time.

Khihoni December 27, 2014, 12:47 am

How do you spell the name of the oil you use?

CharmingPixieFlora December 27, 2014, 1:32 am

There is a website called Half Price Books…try that.. you can also go to
Amazon, people sell books very cheap in the used section! I love shopping
on Amazon!!!

Flora, I love your vidoes. I learn so much from you. Can you recommend a
place to buy oils? There is so many places to choose from on-line. Want to
be sure they are safe and the real deal. Thanks so much for all you do!!

For those with small citrine questions and where to get them… Try Hobby
Lobby or Pat Catans in the gem isle.. They are real citrine stones and are
on strings and are the perfect size for adding into the bottles!!

Jonnyhasheart December 27, 2014, 5:46 am

I’m kind of confused. Why do you blend the essential oils? what are their
uses versus just using the essential oil straight as if I were to make bath
salts and such. Please enlighten me! lol

cieniolubek December 27, 2014, 5:50 am

essential oils are not safe to use with kids! they act similar as hormones,
especially lavender

deezer23 December 27, 2014, 5:52 am

where do you get absolute oils?? I mean I can get them at the new age
store, but I don’t think it’s absolute.

CharmingPixieFlora December 27, 2014, 6:51 am

YOu can get them at most natural food stores, or online.

CharmingPixieFlora December 27, 2014, 7:13 am

Once hair is damaged there is no going back. Hair is actualy protein and
like fingernails, once it leave the body it is dead. You can start by
getting a good cut, to get all the damage off, then use just plain Jojoba
as a scalp conditioner to keep your hair healthy at the base. Eliminate all
products that contain alcohol as these will dry your hair and make it
brittle. Blow dry your hair with a low setting, if you blow dry it. hope
this helps.

@fervent66 Please share! I would love to know. I’m opening my own shop so
any help I can get would be awesome. I’ve been doing a lot of research, so
I think I’ve found some pretty good deals…but I know I don’t know
everything.

SilverButterflyWings December 27, 2014, 7:53 am

very interesting, its something ive always been interested in but as soon
as it comes to mixing i get lost, ive just had a look on a health food
shops site that i knw and the oils arn’t that expensive, i guess its easy
to just buy one every time your out , how long do the essential oils
themselves normally last
